Spriiint: Our Transition to New Logistics Software

At Spriiint, a company specializing in logistics, warehousing and fulfillment, innovation is at the heart of our strategy. A few months ago, we made a crucial decision for our growth and operational efficiency: to adopt a new logistics software package. We chose Anchanto, an all-in-one logistics management platform. Here are the details of this transition and the reasons behind it at Spriiint!

A strategy focused on European expansion

One of the main reasons for this change was our desire to expand our European customer base. Our previous logistics system, although functional, was not sufficiently efficient to meet the expectations of our European customers. It was necessary for Spriiint to take the first step towards digitization in order to better serve this strategic market.

For this reason, we launched a search process in January, with a clear basic criterion: we wanted a solution capable of managing an Order Management System (OMS), a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and a Transport Management System (TMS), all within a single integrated platform. Translation and optimized operation were also key factors in our choice of software.

Our Transition Roadmap

Our transition to Anchanto took place in several key stages, each designed to ensure a smooth and efficient implementation of the new solution:

  1. Launch: We started by creating a test interface, familiarizing ourselves with the interface and launching the WMS and TMS modules. This enabled us to begin to understand the platform and carry out in-depth tests.
  2. OMS integration: Once we had tested the WMS and TMS, we then tested the OMS module to manage our orders centrally and automatically.
  3. Creation of the Production Interface: This stage involved the configuration of our carriers and their services within the system, which was essential to ensure smooth and rapid shipments.
  4. First customer integration: We configured and integrated the product references stored with us for our first customer into the new system.
  5. Production start-up and follow-up: Anchanto supported us in the production start-up of this customer, ensuring that everything was up and running smoothly.
  6. Implementation of FBS KPIs: To monitor our performance, we introduced key performance indicators (KPIs) on Anchanto, including the rate of successful deliveries, the rate of after-sales service by type of problem, and the speed with which problems are handled.
  7. Returns integration: Finally, we have integrated returns management into Anchanto, enabling complete tracking of the entire product lifecycle.

A successful transition for optimized logistics

Thanks to this transition to Anchanto, we have considerably improved our logistics management capabilities, particularly in the European market. Our new integrated platform enables us to better meet our customers’ expectations, while improving our internal efficiency.
