About the role
Spriiint is a fast-growing company. To support our growth and keep our customers satisfied, we are strengthening our logistics team and recruiting a rigorous, motivated Logistics Operative.
Reporting to the Logistics Manager or Team Leader, you will handle the receiving, storage, preparation and shipping of goods. You keep products flowing smoothly and delivery deadlines on track, while making sure orders are accurate and compliant.
What you’ll do
- Receiving and inspection: Unload goods, check deliveries against the order (quantity, quality, references) and report any discrepancy.
- Put-away: Store products in the designated areas, following slotting rules and making the best use of space.
- Order picking and preparation: Pick products using paper orders or digital handheld terminals, then pack and label parcels.
- Shipping: Prepare parcels for transport, load vehicles and validate shipping documents.
- Stock management: Take part in periodic inventories and flag stockouts or damaged products.
What we’re looking for
- Technical skills: Command of order-picking and packing techniques. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanners is a plus.
- Personal qualities: Rigor, precision, team spirit and responsiveness. Good physical condition is required (lifting loads, standing for long periods).
