About the role
Spriiint is a fast-growing company. To support our growth and keep our customers satisfied, we are looking for a rigorous Quality Control Inspector to protect that promise for the mobile phones we dispatch.
You will inspect mobile phones before they leave our warehouse, making sure each unit is compliant, complete, functional and correctly packed. You will identify and document non-conformities, work with our logistics team to resolve them, and help us continuously improve our quality processes.
What you’ll do
- Inspection: incoming and outgoing mobile phones against the order and quality specifications (model, color, storage capacity, condition, accessories). Check cosmetic condition and detect scratches, cracks, dents or signs of prior use on units sold as new.
- Verification: IMEI/serial numbers and match them to order and shipping documents. Confirm that packaging, labeling, accessories, manuals and regulatory markings (CE, etc.) are complete and compliant.
- Run functional checks: power-on, screen and touch, battery, buttons, cameras, speakers, microphones, connectivity (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, cellular). Apply sampling plans (AQL) or 100% inspection depending on the product and batch risk. Quarantine non-conforming products, record defects in our systems, and report recurring issues.
- Analyze: root causes with the logistics team and suppliers, and propose corrective and preventive actions.
- Track and report: KPIs (defect rate, return rate, customer complaints linked to quality).
- Contribution: Maintain and improve inspection procedures and work instructions.
What we’re looking for
- Bac+2 / Bac+3 level (or equivalent experience) in quality management, logistics, industrial engineering or electronics (e.g., BTS, BUT QLIO, or equivalent).
- A quality-related certification is a strong plus, for example: ISO 9001 internal auditor training, Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt, or an equivalent quality control / inspection certification.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in electronics, telecom, e-commerce or logistics is a significant advantage
